Attached is a fantastic National Scholarship Program guidance document created by Stilleto, the Great Lakes Frontier Scholarship Chair. It has been revised for our Frontier. I hope you find it extremely helpful.

Also attached is an application evaluation rubric for chapters in need of guidance. At this time, chapters with an established evaluation method are not required to change to this rubric but, keep in mind, it is the rubric the Frontier and National Scholarship Committee will use.
